At this time, our EMPP initiative, entitled Horizon Hope, is a pilot project dedicated solely to supporting a small number of Afghan refugees who are residing outside Afghanistan under the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot. This targeted approach allows us to provide tailored support and guidance throughout their journey, refining our processes along the way to best serve client needs all while strengthening employer engagement and maximizing impact for both candidates and hiring organizations. With continued momentum and stable funding, we aim to expand to support an even larger number of refugees in the years to come, expanding the range of labour mobility pathways available to support clients, broadening access to meaningful employment opportunities in Canada.
